- Located off Carnahan Creek Road, Pottawatomie County. Nestled in the Flint Hills of Kansas, Living Water Ranch has been helping people with life challenges for 50 years
- 270 acres of prairie grass, wildlife and nature’s beauty
- The Ranch is home to Flint Hills Foster Teen Camps and is operated by Board of Directors
Position Requirements (not a complete list)
- Vehicle and equipment maintenance
- Work outside in all weather conditions
- Must be able to use tractors, trailers, machinery
- Ensure building interiors and exteriors, fence lines, and general lawn care and landscaping are maintained
- Manage and oversee the facility and equipment maintenance, repair, cleanliness and good operation
- Support ranch operations by ensuring equipment is functioning properly, consistently maintained and in working order
- Design, implement and execute maintenance schedules for every piece of equipment
- Maintain inventory log of assets, tools, back-up parts and coordinate procurement of tools and back-up parts as necessary
- Maintain forklifts, ranch trucks, tractors and other implements
- Ensure a healthy and safe working environment and comply with all federal and state regulations
Employee Requirements
- Driver’s license, clean driving record
- Must submit to drug testing
- Background check
- Have to live within 30 miles of Ranch or be willing to move and live at the Ranch
